We have developed a coreless frameless motor that utilizes a rare-earth anisotropic magnet. The rare-earth anisotropic magnet effect has achieved approximately a 20% increase in torque. Note: A rare-earth anisotropic magnet is a groundbreaking magnet that realizes a Halbach array in a ring magnet, concentrating magnetic flux on the opposite side with just one magnetization.

We have developed a frameless motor that uses extreme anisotropic magnets. In the cored motor, we have also adopted square wire, achieving approximately a 40% increase in torque compared to the standard type.
